About this theme
The 1980s were the MTV years — music became something you watched as well as heard. Synthesisers set the tone, pop stars filled stadiums, and new technology changed how records were made and played, from the Walkman to the compact disc.
This large-print word search collects the artists, styles and gadgets of the decade, from synth-pop to stadium metal. Each word comes with a short factual hint below, and the play and print buttons load the same list straight into the generator.
