About this theme
Mid-century kitchens had their own menu: casseroles in the oven, gelatin salads at the church supper, frozen dinners for TV nights and a milkshake at the corner counter. Many of those dishes and drinks are still comfort food today, and they make wonderfully tasty word search material.
This large-print puzzle collects retro food favourites with a one-line hint for each. Play it on screen with the generator, or print a copy to pass around the table while you trade family recipes that go with the words.
